It is a pain to export reports of reviews in which you did not participate.

It is actually impossible.

You must add yourself to the review, this gets relevant latest in the holiday season or if somebody quits.

Even having sufficient rights, you cannot filter at least on the project, so you have to walk thru all reviews, find the ones that you want to export, edit the review, add yourself to the review, then export it.

We have 12881 Reviews in the system, each month another 250 are added in average.

    We are also running into this problem and would like to see it addressed. One solution would to provide Org-wide setting to allow reviews to be visible/exportable for anyone with read access to the project the review came from. We would also like to see some way of collecting/organizing the reviews for a project such as described in this idea.

    I agree with the ability to have org-wide settings for this as it is causing us a lot of pain, alternatively support of reviews via the API would allow us to run reports externally.  Jama reporting of all reviews by admins would be ideal.

    You can switch your reviews page to the "Table" view and then sort on the Project column.  (allowing you to narrow down the reviews for the project you are interested in)

    That is true but you can't tell how reviews are progressing.  We have 40 or so in progress at once and we need to make sure all of them are progressing and meet our standards for engagement with the reviewers - adding the admin to every one is not a good solution, we need to get a progress overview.  Unfortunately the table view does not give any indication of progress.

    In addition to what Daniel shared regarding Review Progress Views, what information are you all looking to report on?

    Are you looking for general Review data? Do you want to see data on users, comments, etc?

    Actually we need to show that each item has been reviewed.

    So having the ability to create a filter showing all items having no review would be a valuable contribution.

    We also create branches by creating a synchronized copy, so having the ability to consider reviews of an item with the same GID would also be helpful.

    +1 for better review center admin access and reporting. 

    I would like to be able to audit the use of review center and identify

    1 - reviews named appropriately, per corporate guidelines (we request people add traceability to Jira tickets in the name, so that resulting baselines are searchable & traceable to task management)
    2 - reviews that have zero engagement from invited participants
    3 - reviews that move past due date but remain open/not finalized
    4 - reviews that include items that are not in 'status' of 'review'
    5 - identify items that headed to review center, never seen review complete/finalized but are now exhibiting further version changes
    6 - identify items that transition to Approved but do not exhibit traceability to a review

    I was hoping some REST API access would be available for tapping in to review center data but it seems it is not the case.

    What options are on the roadmap to make Review Center data more accessible?

    Thank you for the continued feedback and insight here! @Harald Hotz-Behofsits, I'd recommend submitting an Ideation card for this one -- I reviewed existing cards and didn't see a duplicate or similar item already posted.

    Ideation cards not only highlight such feedback to our Product Team for review and consideration against other Product Roadmap items; it also enables a method for other customers/users to weigh in and adds their response(s) to the Ideation card itself. You can also review our Product Idea Process in the Ideation Module here.

    For a more short-term solution for each of you, there may be some reporting your individual Customer Success Managers can help you gather, so reaching out to them offline could be helpful here as well.

    Hello - I submitted an Ideation request about enhancing the Review Display to allow us to monitor and gather statistics (adding fields and the ability to export) back in June 2020.  Here is the link: Idea Details - Jama Software Community  To follow up with what Carly said, if interested folks could add their ideas to that thread and vote "likes" - perhaps this need will be addressed.
