Exporting Trace View

When exporting a trace view, there should be some type of notification window letting the user know that Jama is in the process exporting the results to csv file.  After the Success drop down window appears and then disappears, there should some type of notification window (Progress Bar or spinning wheel) to inform the user that Jama is currently processing the export file.  This reduces the amount of times the user clicks on "Export" button again because the user does not see anything on the screen that Jama is compiling the data.
