Variables

I thought I saw this request already, but I can't find it, so I'm going to post it. Please delete it if it already exists.

We would like the ability to create a set of variables that can be used per project. This variables list would include things like product names, parts, addresses, phone numbers, etc.--basically any kind of information that changes often.

Use case: when we develop product requirements, we are often still operating with an internal product name. Although we try not to mention names within our items per best practices, it still sometimes occurs. Having a variable list would allow us to change the name of that product in one place and have it populate within any of that project's items that contain the name.
