include a save button with the story edit window is maximized

Clicking on the Maximize button expands the edit window to fill the entire browser space,  but this view does not include the bottom button bar that includes the buttons: Save, Save & Done, Cancel.

When maximized can this bottom bar continue to be shown, or have a new toolbar at the top with these buttons.
