Ability to support branching from previously released set of requirement in JAMA
Hi
In JAMA, there currently isn't a way to revert back to a baseline set of requirements if new requirements have already been added.
In JAMA, there currently isn't a way to revert back to a baseline set of requirements if new requirements have already been added.
Example:
- Version 1 requirements are created and released in SAP
- Version 2 requirements are in progress - with addition of new requirements and updates to existing requirements
- Unexpected hot fix version for Version 1 after starting Version 2: Version 1.1 requirements are in progress - with addition of new requirements to Version 1 and none of the Version 2 requirements
JAMA's baseline allows reverting back any modified requirements to the original version. However, any new requirements added will also be a part of that baseline. So, if we have to create Version 1.1, it will include Version 1 and Version 2 requirements. Is there any way we can support branching in JAMA from a specific baseline so that we can include only requirements from a specific set instead of a hybrid of two versions

Can you create a new project with synchronized copies of the requirements to achieve this?0
