Add csv as export option for Office templates

My velocity scripts are launched as Office Template reports. Some users can't run them because their version of Excel isn't compatible due to security constraints. Also, Excel changes text upon importing (such as changing heading "3.10" to "3.1").
I believe both of these problems could be solved if .csv were an export option.
