Single Item View format

The Single Item View updates made on release 8.42.1 have made the ticket harder to read for Providence.  Is there a way to change the format to allow the lable and content to be side by side again vs stacked?  Providence prefers format1 within the attachement, but would request to have the lables still more distinguished by capitalizing.

    I totally agree. The new format has resulted in additional scrolling in order to view the requirements.

    +1, the new format has resulted in additional scrolling in order to view the requirements.
    I don't want forced Capitalization; if your organization likes it, your admin can define item's labels with capital letters, no need to impose that to everyone. See:
