Ability to find URS with missing FRS and URS with missing test cases

I can find URS with missing downstream, but I have to fish through the results to see if they are missing FRS or test cases. It would be beneficial to create a filter that allows me to find only the ones missing a specific type of downstream (or upstream) item.
