We are building a hierarchy of items via reuse feature: have a library of templates and for each new item we first reuse it from a template and then update the contents. We need a way to script it and the best solution looks like a REST API for reuse feature.
Yes, there is a way to workaround by creating a script to recursively replicate anything from templates library into a project, but before jumping to the implementation of a workaround wanted to check whether reuse via REST API feature will be coming any time soon (if at all).
