Make test case attachments visible in test execution window

When executing a test run, a new window is opened and one of the tabs is the test case being executed. When viewing the test case in this window attachment links are not available, and you have to open the test case in another window in order to download/view them. The attachments should be made available to a user when executing a test run without having to go back and forth between windows.
