Establishing living file directories

Since risk management and associated records are meant to be a continuous process (living documents), it would be valuable to have a filing system to allow users to file FMEAs and product risk assessments for future updating.  In addition the filing system would be helpful for anyone that is supporting many different efforts simultaneously.
