Unlock option should always be active for admin user

I don't know if this is a bug/oversight, but am posting it here in the Features Request.

Being admin, when I am looking at an item (in details view) which is locked, I should be able to unlock it right then and there in the Action menu.  However, the Unlock Item option is inactive -- and I am forced to go into the user profile settings and sort and paginate through all the thousands of locked items to find the one I am already currently looking at to unlock it.

Please consider making this small change that can save a lot of time for Jama admins.  (And/or consider adding search capability to the locked items tab because currently there is no ability to search, the best one can do is to sort the columns but still need to paginate and find item(s)  -- yes, we have thousands of locked items!)

    +1 to both ideas...admins having the ability to unlock via the Actions menu and being able to search for locked items in the My Profile > My Locked Items window.
