Our users are asking for a way to define a group of users and send the review to that group without having to add each user to each review manually.

As an example, to send the 8 reviews to a Product Owner, 3 SMEs, a Scrum Master, and a tester, this would require the moderator to find and add 48 users.  It would be nice if the users could define a group to fit their needs, and add that group to each review for a project.

We have a large number of teams, and the teams change fairly frequently.  Our "User groups" are sets of users with similar privileges (i.e. testers). Also, our reviews are structured so that each review is a single user story, so we create a large number of reviews for each project.

This request is basically the same as the very old feature request below.

Have given thought to or tried using project groups? You can set groups up for projects (different than the groups you are using for similar access/licenses). You can then select the project group when sending out the review.

Thanks Angela!  I wasn't aware of project groups.

We have found a different solution.   When creating the review, Jama will allow you to type multiple first or last names separated by a space, and will display a list of each matching person.   This list can be copied and pasted as needed.

As an example, "joe dave susan smith" into the name search field brings up a list of:
      Joe Rodriguez
      Dave Miller
      Susan Johnson
      James Smith
