Add the ability to assign Review Comments to a user in Jama

Can we add the ability to assign comments within a review to a specific user in Jama? We frequently have multiple reviewers for large amounts of content and it would nice to be able to call out that a specific comment needs to be validated/responded to by a particular reviewer.
