Restore function for delete test cycle

Hi,

we would like to request for a restore function for a deleted test cycle, which belongs to an active test plan.
Currently, there is restore function for a deleted test plan. But if the test plan was not deleted but only the test cycle was deleted, we must run manually SQL Update queries on the database, which is troublesome.
