.odt & .ods template support, markdown support

Hello,

My Jama users are Windows and Linux users; some have requested support for generating a .odt or .ods document directly from Jama so they don't have to do some manual fixing-up (removing links, extra page breaks, etc.). 

Additionally, it would be nice if the text fields in Jama supported markdown. It's helpful that markup is supported, but many of our users are using markdown in their daily documentation tasks.

    I second the request for markdown support. The HTML in the RTF boxes is sometimes pretty messy. You can see the raw markup if you do a round trip export. Lots of unnecessary spam tags, likely from formatting pasted in from other applications.

    Markdown would be a great alternative to html in rich text.
