After the recent update having problem with Test Cases with double quotes in the name

Hi all,

Since the recent update we are having trouble opening or even searching for test cases that have double quotes in the name.

We are getting "Unknown Error has occurred.   View the server logs for more information."

This happens when opening the test case from the explorer, but it also happens with any search page that contains this test case, which prevents us from seeing all the test cases in the list.
