    My company is currently using Jama version 8.14.3. We received an email about a new Realese 8.31.2, I have the below questions:

    • Do we need to update Jama for OpenJDK or any other changes / features?
    • When does support expire for our version of Jama(8.14.3)?
    Any answer or documentation to check it, is really appreciated

    I know that my counterpart @Giselle, already answered you in a Support ticket. For the educational benefit of the Community members, I will relay her very excellent answer here:

    While you are not required to upgrade Jama for OpenJDK changes, it is advisable for better security. Also, you would also qualify for Full Support again (see next Q&A) Additionally, there are a couple known issues with BIRT reports in 8.31.2, but those should be patched in 8.31.3.

    When does support expire for our version of Jama 8.14.3?

    Unfortunately, Full Support has expired for version 8.14.3. You still qualify for "best effort" Support. you can read more about best effort and fully supported versions of Jama at our Community page: Full Support And Best Effort Support Defined
