Check your images in steps of test runs, if any.
We have fixed the URL in the past and these got not fixed -> Defect
SOS-DEF-5561.
At the end of the day we performed an update SQL command directly changing some database content

So, it seems that some browsers don't let you have http downloads from an https page, as a security measure. So I wondered why it was http. Turns out when IT set up the settings the "Base URL" was done with http, not https. We fixed that and regenerated the URLs and everything worked again!

can it be that .doc is in the whitelist of allowed attachments? Ask your system admin to check for this. Remove it and check if the behaviour changes.

So, when I click on DOC files in the report history dialogue, they don't download (in Chrome 97.0.4692.71). PDF files open a new tab and show the PDF. I looked at what was happening with Chrome developers tools and it does seem to try and fetch the doc file but Chrome isn't saving it in Downloads or showing it in any way. In the developer tools I chose "open in new tab" on the doc file in question and it was fine. JAMA Emailled links to the report also work fine. Any advice?
JAMA version is 8.66.1 self-hosted
