easy access to filters

It might happen, that over time some many filters are available, that finding the proper one gets a pain.

By saving the filters in bookmarks, they can be arranged and organized as needed.

    Harald, how many Advanced filters do you estimate your instance of Jama holds?

    Using the Rest-API  I see for myself 356 filters in my most used project.
    The instance has 23509 filters.

    I use 131 Jama filters at every development sprint start to get some KPIs. If we would happen to work on multiple releases simultaneously, I'd have to call these filters multiple times in different Jama projects.
    This "current project" option is also a contributing issue as making these filters public adds them to the list of all users of the whole Jama server instance.
