    I was impressed by the enhancements in monitor license usage being presented in the Webinar - https://www.jamasoftware.com/blog/webinar-recap-whats-new-in-jama-connect
    - the new graphical presentation from data
    - export feature for license data usage
    Which release from Jama Connect does come with these enhancements?

    Hi Lien,
    I'm glad to hear you are excited about the enhancements coming to monitor License Usage!

    We did have to pull back this feature from the originally planned release version. Unfortunately, a miscalculation in the chart data was not representing currently logged-in users accurately for the duration of their session. 

    We have resolved that issue and the enhancements will be in the 8.74 release.

    Hi, @Katie Huckett -- Can you confirm whether "license threshold exceeded" emails now get sent reliably in 8.74?

    i.e. In previous releases of Connect, we observed problems with the these emails not being sent out when they should; this was originally tracked via SOS-BUG-538, which was marked fixed in 8.1, but we observed it continued to be a problem in versions as recent as 8.55. Jama Support re-opened this as a regression issue, tracked as SOS-DEF-1987.

    I don't see mention of this being fixed in the release notes for 8.74, but given that the entire licensing area was updated in this version, I thought I'd make sure whether the problem was addressed or not.

    Hi @Lita Gribben -- Unfortunately, we have not added that option at this time. What may work for your organization is to have your IT department create an email group to distribute to the individuals that should be notified, and use the distribution list email in this field. ​

    @Ryan Dill -- When we worked on this feature we did not run into any issues receiving threshold emails, however at the time I wasn't aware of the defect SOS-DEF-1987, so we did not specifically focus here. I will do some testing though to determine if the issue is still present. ​
