Unchanged items in Review show unreviewed

    We have an experience of a user updating 1 of 46 requirements but when published as a Review revision it's showing all 46 requirements were updated. Any idea what's causing this? is it just not carrying previous approvals through to the new revision? It's happened twice to the same person.

    Can I ask if any other user has tried the same thing without the same results? Could you send a screenshot of what this user sees when he's being notified of the documents updating?

    Response from the user:

    When I hit 'publish new revision' the display said something to the effect of 'you are creating a new revision with 47 updates'. 

     

    We have one other Creator that's noticed this happening. We don't have screenshots because we haven't attempted to replicate the issue. Our Reviewers are frustrated with the outcome of having to reapprove everything and we don't want to create a new revision just to replicate the issue.

    We were able to get a screenshot of what's happening in this scenario. Note this is not the same review, thus showing that it's not isolated to the first occurrence.

     

     

     

     

    Ok.  I had to make a few updates on these requirements but I certainly didn't update 30 items.

    Hi Rebecca

    We really appreciate how thorough of a response you've given, screenshots help a lot! Since we don't want to share any sensitive information we're going to continue troubleshoot this issue in a ticket on zendesk. We'll be sending it to one of our Technical Support Engineers who can either look at your support bundle if you're self hosted, or take a look at your instance if you're using Cloud. You should be getting a notification soon.

    Once we find out what the issue is we'll post the resolution while also keeping your information totally private, for the benefit of anyone else who may be looking for help on this subject in the future.
