Review Center Refresh

    Hi,

    The review center items page is very slow to update/refresh. On opening, it shows the refreshing spinning wheel icon for more than 10 seconds. Anytime we try to navigate between items it takes considerable time to update.

    Other team members have same complaint. We have about 135 requirements in current review. I have checked the health page report and all items are in green checkmark. We have the instance deployed on the cloud. In all, we have less than 1200 items all in JAMA instance.

    Please make a ticket with our internal Support team, would like to take a look at what is going on but, cannot effectively do that from the Community platform.

    If you are a Named Support Contact, you can go here to sign in and Submit a Ticket with the Support team. If you are not a Named Support Contact for your instance of Jama then you can ask your representative to make the ticket for you, and CC you on the ticket.
