Review invitation emails are not being issued.

It appears that Review invitation emails are not being issued when a review is launched. We have tried more than one domain but no invitations have been received.

 

This is the Web Hosted Jama Connect for Crestron Electronics, Inc.

    For a review set up yesterday morning at 9am, I didn't get notified until this morning.  I thought notifications should come out much quicker.

    I believe the underlying root cause for the original issue has been resolved.

    Andrew, are you still seeing that delay with receiving notifications?
