What is this "Story" field in Jama?

I am new to Jama and I would like to know what is this "Story" field in Jama?

I wasn't able to find any information about it. Image attached.

    The artifacts (item types) are completely configurable, including the fields. This field may have been added by your admin to manage content in an integration or aligns with a process your team has developed. If this is a trial, it may be a suggested field for one of our solution configurations and that means it is a field that your team can decide doesn't fit your process and it can be removed.
