TestCase fields deleted

Sometimes when editing testcases in Jama and after saving, some of the fields get deleted. These fields are custom fields and were not edited. Is this already a reported issue? How can we get around this?

    I'd suggest opening a Jama Support ticket for this.   If these changes from the edits aren't showing up in the activity stream of the item, it is likely that those changes never made it to the server.

    Hi Geoffrey,

    It is some of the testfields that have NOT been modified that gets deleted.

    Yes, definitely sounds to me that a Jama Support ticket is your best approach.   When this gets resolved, if you get a chance, please post how this got resolved.
