Export of Categories does not work

Hello,

I would like to export Items from Jama (with customized Office Template) which are assigned to different categories. Regarding this I want to export these Items with their categorie.

I used the field «categoryPaths» as it is described in the Reference Guide but it does not work?!

Is there another solution?

    Hello,

    unfortunately this does not work and it is a known defect: Export of Categories does not work | Support (jamasoftware.com).

    As an alternative, you can use a velocity report to export the categories: Category Name in Velocity Report instead of Path? | Support (jamasoftware.com)

    Here are some tips for creating a velocity report:  Quick Start: HTML Templates for Velocity PDF Reports (jamasoftware.com).

    Is Jama Software planning to fix the defect?
    There is no information in the actual release notes for version 9.17.0 Self-hosted?
