  • 1.  Broken graphics

    Embedded images or graphics in Jama items that previously worked fine are now broken.

    The graphic does exist in the Attachments tab of the Project Admin page


    When I try to view it or download it, I get this error

    Is anyone else experiencing this?

    Hi Eric,
    did you move or reuse this item from another project? It might be that the original attachment is still controlled by the source project - to our knowledge, embedded attachments actually are just mirrored to the target project when moving or reusing items. We observed similar effects if the source project has been deleted or if you don't have access to it.

    Further investigation reveals that this is an issue on every graphic/image/attachment in every project. This is a pretty big deal as we have hundreds of these attachments across several projects. Is there some sort of database refresh that can clear this up?

    Is your Jama on -premises, or cloud?  If it is on-premises, did you have a system migration?
