When trying to view a historical review that was formerly finalized and refer to comments of team members, I was unable view the review that was sent since I got this error message:

This is a major problem PLEASE FIX ASAP so I can view review center comments from team members!

Observed first on Jama Connect 9.5.0 (cloud)

Note this is different than these posts:

• Baseline/Review by filter saved in source
• The filter that was used to create this BaseLine/Review does not exist or has been deleted.

In any case the information of the review shall be available, also with deleted filter, as it is for previous versions.

In addition to that, I propose to enable the deletion of the filter only after having deleted the review.

Alternatively, enable to undelete filters (in my used version the filter is still in the database, but marked as isHidden='T')
