  • 1.  Custom Import error: Index 1 out of bounds for length 1

    Hi,
    I'm trying to use a custom import plugin to import relationships from a CSV file and I'm getting the following error: 

    Custom Import error: Index 1 out of bounds for length 1 

    For info, I've used similar plugins and CSVs to import relationships between a different source but same destination, and same source but different destination and it worked perfectly fine. 

    Any idea what this error means?

    This error message typically reflects an error that is related to something additional in or missing from the document that you're trying to import. If, after reviewing the document, you're unable to find any additional or missing characters, please file a Support ticket and include a link to this thread, as well as the document file and the version of Jama Connect you're using, in the ticket description, so that we can dig in deeper with you.

    The actual issue was coming from an empty line at the end in the custom import plugin.
