Jama doesn't allow changing a field type to a different one once it's created. You'd have to create a new field of the type you want. If you have data in the original field you want to populate in the new one you can do so with a bulk update or roundtrip export/import.

I have an item type field that is a Pick List field type. I want to change this to a Text Box. When I proceed to edit this item type field, I see no options for me to change this field to be a Text Box. How do I make this change?
