    After a Jama session timeout or browser reboot that re-opens all webpages, after I login to Jama again I get this error:


    Is there a way I can have Jama re-open the page I was on before?

    Does this happen every time your session times out (or your browser restarts) and, if so, is this a recent change?

    Hi Carly,

    I am encountering this more frequently than before.

    A few weeks ago, I feel like it used to only happen when my browser rebooted but recently it's been happening intermittently even when I know my browser stayed open.

    Sometimes I get a 'refresh' dialogue box which does allow me to get to the same Jama page, but I've only seen this on one-page occurrence in the last two weeks whereas I've seen the Jama error countless times in the last two weeks.

At this point, I think it'd be worth connecting with our Support team on this one -- you can file a ticket via our Support page HERE (please include a link to this thread in the ticket body, along with any other relevant information such as the type and version of Jama Connect that you're using).
