Besides the obvious, like clicking in different items or switching tabs, what are some activities that would easily help users avoid the pesky timeout message?
We use Creator (float) licenses as well as Stakeholder licenses, but had to lower the timeout to accommodate our increased number of Creators. We are aware that a Creator spending too much time editing an item will get a timeout, but how would a user who is reading content avoid this? Are there any easy tips we could give our stakeholders so they don't keep getting the message?
