I am unable to view the below blog page:

    https://community.jamasoftware.com/blogs/iman-bilal/2017/01/25/connecting-jama-to-your-automated-testing-tool

"You do not have permission to view this blog post"

We are looking for answers in relation to automated results attachments and think that may provide some insight.

I can still navigate to this URL.
The post is marked as "archived", so perhaps that limits the visibility only to certain groups.
If you don't get an answer in the next day or so, I'll ask around internally.

    Hi Matthew,

As the approach referenced in that article is no longer recommended, it has been retired. Instead, I'd recommend reaching out to your Jama Software Account Manager or Customer Success Manager for guidance instead.

Could you direct someone to reply to either of these please?

we are planning on running some automated testing over our Xmas break so would like to get a reply before this Friday so we can adjust our method accordingly before we go on holiday for a few weeks
