We have just installed the latest version of Jama in our on-prem setup and I'm attempting to update our risk management to use the Lookup Matrices function. I'm attempting to change the picklist type to Lookup Matrix, but when I do the option is grayed out.
Do I need to reconfigure something before I can do this or is it un-editable and I need to rebuild my risk-based pick lists?
