    Hi all,

    Is there a way to generate Velocity report which would have dynamic heading numbering in Word?
    I am having my headings with <h1>, <h2> etc. tags, and some basic styling so they appear to be OK in Word in terms of font-size etc. But I need to add them those heading and sub-heading numbers.

    What I mean by dynamic heading numbering, is that those numbers are like objects in Word, so that when you insert more headings in between the existing ones, the ones below the newly added one are being automatically updated.

    Can this be just achieved somehow?

    I attempted this with mixed results. I created a the report from a word document that had the heading numbering turned on, but still had to toggle that under the multi-level list after generating the report and saving as ".docx".  If I recall properly the numbering worked when saved as ".doc".
