    Hi,

    I have a user that is experiencing some odd behavior in his reviews.

    When he initiates a review in Jama, and gets comments, He typically go to the requirement object and click on "edit item" so he can see the comment and the requirement side-by-side.

    Sometimes, He's noticed that the text he enter into the comment field overwrites and saves in the description field of the requirement.

    This has happened on at least a dozen occasions.  Has anyone else experienced this, or have any suggestions on how to resolve?

    I had the exact same problem and created a support case. Because I could not reproduce it on Chrome (I was using Brave) it was closed.

    It's good to know someone else had the problem.  I think my guy is using Chrome, but I will confirm.

    I did create my own support ticket.   I got a response that it was a bug (SOS-DEF-6477) resolved in 8.75.0.  My user that experienced the problem has not confirmed this yet.

    I don't see that bug ID in the 8.75 Cloud release notes. @Carly Rossi would you please investigate?​​

    Hi all, 

    Thanks for flagging this! I can confirm that was resolved in both the Jama Connect 8.74.1 self-hosted and the 8.75 Cloud releases. The resolution was listed in the 8.74.1 self-hosted release notes but, because the fix wasn't related to the 8.75 Cloud release directly, it was omitted from its release notes. 

    That said, since the fix was shipped with the 8.75 Cloud release, I've added the defect resolution to those release notes -- we appreciate your feedback, and we'll continue to take your insight into account moving forward.
