Custom tool tip for item type fields

I addition to Jama application help I would like to have item field help like tool tips about all the fields available in item type.

When user is mouse hovering over the field name it would pop-up description what is the intention of the specific field. Guidance about what is the meaning of selection list and so on. This would be set on Item type settings in Admin view for each field of item type.

Currently we need to update separate wiki page for all item type fields providing this kind of information but it would be much easier for end user to find help directly from the tool.

    Hello Anja, I wanted to let you and the others in this thread know that the ability to customize hover-over infotips for field labels was released in 8.71 Cloud/8.74 Self-hosted.
