More column options in the Relationship Display

As a Product Owner, I want to know whether all direct (child) or indirect (child of child or deeper) dependencies of a requirement, user story, etc., have been completed, so that I can tell whether a requirement, user story, etc., is complete and/or which elements of it are not done
I'll know this is complete when:

1. I can add Status as a column to be displayed in the Relationship view
2. I can specify to what depth I would like the Relationship view to go, from 1st level (children) to children or children, etc., to All
