Allow both Organization Workflow and Automatic Item Status Transition to be Enabled at the same time

I highly suggest that Jama allow both Organization Workflow and Automatic Item Status Transition to be Enabled at the same time. We want our Jama users to follow a specific workflow for each item set, e.g. CIR vs DIR. Our workflow item status for the CIR = draft -> in review -> approved.
If the items being reviewed in Jama Review Center have a status of 'in review' then they all are approved -> finalized... THEN all items in that review should AUTOMATICALLY transition to 'Approved'.
