Collapsed Rich Text Menu

Whenever you're viewing multiple fields that have Rich Text turned on, the menus can overtake the view.  This is especially true on a laptop.  Our testers are testing primarily on laptops outside, so this becomes a problem in digesting and inputting information.  We would like the ability to have the Rich Text menus collapsed to a simplified view.  Similar to how gmail does it.
