Baseline and review item snapshot?

On the Baseline view, it would be very helpful to see that the requirements or test plan were approved, who approved and the date, without clicking on each item individually.  I picture a grid with the name of the review, created date, created by, the approver, approved date and comments.

We use the baseline to audit requirement and test case approvals, but it can be difficult and take a lot of time. It would be nice to summarize the review in the baseline as well.
