Allow to get User ID via user interface

It would be good if I can get User ID in via Jama Admin interface as it is for the ProjectID. Now it's possible to get it only via REST API / Swag.
Use Case: I'm preparing a REST API calls using Excel and it would be faster when I can get the User ID in one table with username, full name, email etc. from user administration.
