Forgotten User ID

We often have users that have forgotten their user id to login. Need a feature that we can turn on to allow a user to either do a 2 step authentication or user id hints. While we can solve some of our forgotten user id using SSO, there will still be many users that will not be able to authenticate via SSO. So, we need a solution on how a person can retrieve their forgotten user id (similar to how forgotten password). It is industry standard to have a way to retrieve forgotten user id.
