Limit visibility to a comment by the @mentioned User Group

For transparency we have allowed collaborator access to our external clients to their specific Jama project.   We are consistently finding a need to be able to comment on an item in these projects that would not be visible to the external client.   We would like to submit a feature request that Read and Write security be added to the comments.   One suggestion might be to mark the comment as Private making it only visible to the those @ mentioned in the comment.   Or possibly a separate comment field that is only accessible to the Users or Groups applied to it.
