In our matrix organization it would be useful to be able to Filter items by Created By: User Group (not User Name).
With a large organization and complicated sets of hundreds of requirements, the Engineering Groups (ME, EE, SW) have asked for a way to filter down items to what their discipline is interested in. The Group Assignments in our case are by engineering discipline (ME, EE, SW), so that would be a natural way to easily filter.
