Remove reCAPTCHA from the create ticket process

Please remove the reCAPTCHA from the ticket submission process. Customers are already frustrated with Jama when they have to put in a ticket, but to jump through that hoop so we can train Google's AI is just too much. It would be much better to just validate the email against the supported contacts, and if acceptable, just process the request. No matter how many times I submit a ticket, I'm still spending a minimum of 30 seconds building Google's AI. At least consider using a less intrusive way to determine that I'm not a bot.

I would be curious though, what kind of Jama support tickets do bots generate? Is that really a problem?
