Notifications with UTC time zone

Today I had a user receive 15-20 emails from another unrelated corporate user. The message appears to be a subscription notification. But the time stamp is London UTC time zone.
Neither users has any subscriptions.
Neither user is notified in any workflows.
Both users work in different business areas and don't share any common projects.

It sounds to me like your "xxxx" user might be checking (or needs to uncheck) the "Notify" checkbox when they are editing items.

Hey Ryan,It certainly doesn't sound pleasant. A lot of emails can be maddening, especially when they are about something as mundane as describing a test case. I understand your frustration in this case. Now, about those notifications with the London UTC stamp – I've been down that rabbit hole before. One thing you might want to check is the system's timezone settings. Sometimes, it's a sneaky default setting or a glitch that messes up the timestamps. Ensure both users are on the same page with their time zones. Also, double-check any third-party integrations or tools that might be sending out these notifications. They can be the silent culprits causing chaos in your inbox. If all else fails, a simple workaround could be setting up filters to redirect those notifications to a separate folder.
