Test Run export - Assigned to field doesn't consistently export

Here's a wacky problem: Jama isn't exporting all the test run data that I see on the screen - specifically the Assigned To field.

We start our story with me looking at filter results that display 400+ test runs.
Export to XLS or Word.
>>Many of the Assigned To field settings are not exported meaning the cells are blank in xls. (pls see screenshot)

Things I checked:
Re-indexed the site - no change 
Checked the individual test runs to ensure that they were in fact assigned - check
Exported a filtered list of defects. All the Assigned To settings displayed in xls as expected.

Are there any insights you can offer into this behavior?

    Hey George,
    Sorry for the delay in this (we've been working through some changes here). Do you know if these users were A) assigned to the Test Case and then the assignment was inherited by the test run or B) assigned directly to the test run? If A, this would be a defect, SOS-DEF-640: Test cases with existing Assigned To name forwards name to Test Run but doesn't export from Test Run. In this case the workaround is to assign the user to the test run directly (would probably be easiest to batch edit to a placeholder then batch edit back to Santhosh).

    Hello, in 9.1 Cloud we've made the 'Assigned to' field on test runs a versioned field. This means that whether the assigned user comes originally from the test case or the test run it will export as expected.

    After upgrading to 9.1, some will notice certain test runs appear to have lost their value for 'Assigned to' field. This is a result of the 'Assigned to' field becoming a fully versioned field for runs, which removed the former logic that populated "ghost" values in the 'Assigned to' field. 

    It is recommended to use a filter to identify which runs may have previously had "ghost" values in the 'Assigned to' field that now need to be manually populated:

    Filters > Click 'Add filter' > Under 'Create rules' > Match [Verification item name] > According to [ALL] of the following conditions > [Assigned To] [is NOT empty] > Click green plus sign to 'Add a condition' > [Has Test Run] > Click 'this filter' to create an embedded filter > Match [Test Runs] > According to [ANY] of the following conditions > [Assigned to] [is empty] > Click 'Insert embedded filter' > Save filter
