Happy Friday, everyone! We've expanded our library of sample Excel Functions templates. In the linked zip file, you'll find the following templates to get you started with JCI-Excel Functions.

  • Plain Text Parameterization - Used for variable substitution in plain text fields
  • Rich Text Parameterization - Used for variable substitution in rich text or HTML fields
  • Risk Matrix Single Item - Used for risk matrix calculations where all values are contained in the same Jama item
  • Risk Matrix Related Items - Used for risk matrix calculations where some values are contained in related items
  • Status Update - Used to update a field in Jama (such as Status) based on changes made to other fields in the same item
  • Test Case Status - Used to set a custom Status field in a Test Case based entries made in associated Test Runs
  • Text Substitution - Used to perform simple find-and-replace for text in a particular field
